If your looking for an ocean view - this is the place to be! This beach house is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, making it the perfect home-away-from-home. The sizeable kitchen with it's wood floors and granite countertops is well situated and open to the dining area located in front of an expansive row of oceanview windows trailing into the livingroom. The kitchen is fully furnished. Paper products are provided as well as hand and dish soaps. The livingroom features an electric fireplace for ambiance without the mess.
This three story home offers plenty of room for the family to spread out and still be together. The top floor includes the master bedroom (views, views, views) with a private bath w/soaking tub, a second bedroom with 2 bunks (4 single beds) and a full bath with tub/shower combination. There is also a large family room on this floor for TV/movie viewing, ship watching (telescope provided) or simply staring at the ever-changing view of the Pacific Ocean.
The middle floor contains the kitchen, dining, livingroom, one bedroom with a queen bed and a bath w/shower. The lower level of the house consists of a cozy rec/game room with 2 loveseats and 2 futons and the garage, where you'll find an old pool table and a foosball table for some rainy-day fun.
Located 1.5 miles north of Ocean Park, The Mariner is a short drive from groceries, post office, churches, a variety of shops and artists' studios, parks, a wildlife refuge, historic lighthouses and communities, the pristine Willapa Bay and the culinary delights of restaurants that range from down-home local to world class. Just a 3-5 hour drive from Seattle, WA or 2-4 hours from Portland, OR
