"The Beach House" is located on the dunes in a private community about 1.5 miles north of Ocean Park - a sleepy little beach town, quietly hidden from the rest of the world.
The main floor living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen and dining/livingroom with a wall of windows facing the ever-changing view of the Pacific Ocean. The cedar sunporch is an inviting place to relax and watch the waves or enjoy a good book. Two master bedroom suites and split baths provide a versatile floorplan for multiple family usage, if needed. The rec room downstairs includes cable TV with VCR/DVD and a pool table with plenty of room to "hang out". A generous supply of beach toys is also available for your enjoyment.
