Decorated with charm and surrounded by nature, this home features a southern style wrap-around porch which is covered and partially enclosed by glass for all-season enjoyment. A delightful spot to sit and watch deer graze in the yard with the Pacific Ocean surf in the background. Now featuring an outdoor dining area. The sunsets can be spectacular and the beach is only about 75 yards down a private path through the dunes. Famous for it's kite-friendly breezes, our beach is the best for leisurely strolls, bird watching, storm watching, picnics, hiking and for anyone looking for an abundance of FRESH air. The ever-present surf furnishes a natural sense of well-being and restoration.
1400+ square feet of comfortable living area on one floor with ocean views from the livingroom, kitchen/dining and master bedroom. Additional square footage in the basement serves as an overflow area with a double bed, full bath and laundry facilities.
This house has three bedrooms upstairs (2 with queen beds and one with two twin beds - all with quality linens) and two full bathrooms as well as a comfy sleeping couch in the livingroom and a twin sleeping pad that fits in any of the bedrooms. The lower level provides a double bed, a full bath and a kite workshop/play area. A portacrib and baby monitor are available upon request. The kitchen is fully furnished. Paper products are provided as well as hand and dish soaps.
Skylights in the livingroom, kitchen and dining area contribute plenty of natural light and provide for some heavenly star-gazing on clear nights. The livingroom features a Lopi woodstove with a glass door and split, seasoned firewood is supplied. Cable TV/VCR/DVD, CD/Tape Player/Radio w/ipod dock, Internet Access, movies, books, games and toys are all provided for your enjoyment. You'll also find an outdoor patio w/firepit and a charcoal grill (in season) as well as sandcastle-building supplies for everyone.
